2. Programme Registration

Registration for all CVI programmes is subject to availability and confirmation by our team. Registration is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment and written confirmation from CVI.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, training frameworks, and methodologies provided by Catalyst Viraaj International are proprietary and protected by intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

CVI's liability in any matter arising from its programmes or services shall be limited to the fee paid for that specific programme or service. CVI is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
