Refund Policy

1. Certification & Programme Cancellations

Cancellations made 15 or more days before the batch start date are eligible for a 100% refund. Cancellations made 7 to 14 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund.

2. Transfer to Future Batch

Participants who are unable to attend their confirmed batch may, subject to availability, transfer to a future batch at no extra charge, provided they notify us at least 7 days before the original batch start date.

3. Corporate Training Cancellations

For corporate training programmes, cancellation terms are governed by the specific agreement signed between the client and Catalyst Viraaj International.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment source. CVI is not responsible for delays caused by banking or payment gateway processing times.
