Is there a prerequisite for the CMTF?+
While there is no mandatory prerequisite, the CMTF is designed for experienced trainers. We recommend having at least 1-2 years of training experience or holding the CCTF. If you are new to training, we recommend starting with CCTF.
What accreditation does CMTF carry?+
CMTF is CPD (UK) accredited. This is one of the highest CPD-point certifications in the trainer education space. It is also SHRM(US) accredited.
Can I do CMTF without the CCTF?+
Yes. If you have equivalent certification + experience, you can join CMTF directly. We assess suitability during the registration conversation.
What is included in the fee?+
6 weeks of live online + offline training (as scheduled), comprehensive digital workbook and resource kit, CMTF certificate (physical + digital), CPD badge, 3 months mentoring, Business Growth Program recordings, and MDT Community lifetime access.
What is the refund policy?+
Cancellations 15+ days before batch start: 100% refund. 7–15 days: 50% refund. Less than 7 days: no refund. See our Refund Policy.
