How is CSST different from CCTF?
- CCTF is a broad foundational trainer certification covering training methodology and facilitation. CSST is a specialist certification specifically focused on soft skills content expertise and delivery.
Can I combine CSST with other CVI certifications?
- Absolutely. CSST pairs powerfully with CCTF (for a comprehensive trainer toolkit) or CEIT (for trainers wanting to cover both soft skills and emotional intelligence).
